This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Tasked with identifying, evaluating, and alleviating risks that affect Pathward's strategic, operational, financial, or reputational status.

• Offer specialized advice on risk strategy, adherence to regulations, and overall enterprise resilience.

• Perform risk evaluations and assessments of both internal and external partnerships.

• Formulate and execute strategies for risk mitigation.

• Counsel leadership on decisions related to risk.

• Keep track of regulatory shifts and guarantee compliance.

• Compile risk reports and share insights with stakeholders.

• Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance predictive risk modeling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Generally requires at least 12 years of relevant experience along with a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational capabilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
