Business Requirements Lead – Product Owner, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with operational business leaders to review data integration processes, pinpoint functional deficiencies, and establish data requirements for essential operations.

• Utilize extensive expertise in financial services—particularly in consumer lending and loan servicing cycles—to convert operational and risk concepts into technical specifications.

• Ensure alignment among business units, PMO, and technical teams to uphold clarity regarding product scope and feature prioritization.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and data validation rules to direct data engineering teams throughout development cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Lead Business Systems Analyst within financial data environments.

• Strong domain knowledge in Consumer Lending, Loan Servicing, or Credit Risk platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze intricate data flows, system integrations, and business process mapping.
