This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and expand key Funeral Director partner accounts located in the South East, East Anglia, and East Midlands, fostering robust relationships that promote growth, retention, and profitability.
• Create and implement business and sales strategies utilizing performance data and market insights to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Cultivate executive-level stakeholder relationships, proactively managing performance while addressing risks and opportunities.
• Discover and support new business prospects through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Advocate for the adoption of Ecclesiastical Planning Services digital offerings to enhance partner efficiency and improve customer results.
• Ensure precise CRM record-keeping, pipeline management, and reporting to facilitate effective account management.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide outstanding service, exchange best practices, and promote continuous improvement.
• Represent the company professionally at partner meetings, industry events, and networking functions, bolstering the company's reputation and brand.
• Demonstrated success in sales, account management, business development, or partner relationship management, achieving commercial growth and meeting targets.
• Experience in managing complex or high-value client and partner relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving sustainable growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities, capable of engaging confidently with varied audiences.
• Proven track record in implementing growth, sales, and partner engagement initiatives that yield measurable results.
• Competence in delivering training, coaching, and presentations to partners and customers.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, governance standards, and customer outcome expectations within a regulated setting.
• Previous experience in the funeral sector is a plus.
