This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and connect with passive candidates in Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and Services roles utilizing a variety of tools and channels.
• Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate basic qualifications, interest, and suitability before moving candidates forward to hiring managers.
• Keep organized and detailed records in our ATS to ensure smooth transitions and clear pipeline visibility for the entire team.
• Handle high-volume outreach and candidate communications with consistency, promptness, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles, assess candidate quality, and enhance search strategies based on market insights.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for recurring and challenging roles within the Sales and Services departments.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and pipeline data to determine effective strategies and areas for improvement.
• When possible, take ownership of specific searches from the initial intake through to successful close.
• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing-intensive or high-volume settings.
• Proven experience in recruiting for Sales, Client Success, Account Management, or Services positions — preferably within fintech, B2B SaaS, or the financial services sector.
• Highly organized and detail-focused — you maintain thorough notes, follow up consistently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Comfortable managing a substantial volume of active candidates and searches simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you represent the company effectively in every interaction with candidates.
• Self-motivated and proactive; you take initiative rather than waiting for direction.
• Familiarity with contemporary sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms.
• Adaptable and low-ego; you thrive in a supportive role and are motivated by helping the team succeed.
