Business Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee business project support from the initial idea generation to complete implementation.

• Conduct analysis of market and product functionality to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Develop and manage processes across multiple functions to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Collect, organize, and convey business requirements to development teams; assist with tasks until product release.

• Monitor progress and guarantee the timely completion of all assigned tasks.

• Track the performance of newly released features, identify potential issues, and outline subsequent development steps.

• Collaborate with commercial teams to scale new solutions throughout the organization.

• Plan and facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners; create educational and informational materials in conjunction with the marketing department.

• Keep teams and partners updated on new product features and changes.

• Participate in project meetings related to business processes and product development.

• Maintain regular communication with development, marketing, analytics, finance, and legal teams.

• Utilize essential analytical tools to support business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or business process management.

• Proficiency in English at the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above (both written and verbal).

• Experience in cross-functional team environments.

• Strong capability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.

• Demonstrated skills in managing deadlines and tracking tasks.
