Business Project Facilitator – Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 20–25 undergraduate online learners

• Assist in developing learning skills such as academic writing, research, and time management

• Conduct individualized sessions for addressing doubts, providing academic support, and reviewing assessment drafts

• Direct students to appropriate reference materials

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Provide proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges

• Communicate with students through email, phone calls, and virtual sessions

• Help students apply business knowledge to real-world organizational issues

• Support professional business initiatives utilizing structured problem-solving and design thinking approaches

• Encourage ethical collaboration within diverse teams and the delivery of practical, industry-ready solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience at a reputable university or college and/or relevant professional experience within the past 5 years

• Solid understanding of project-based learning, professional business practices, and industry collaboration

• Expertise in professional business project management

• Competence in project planning and execution

• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills

• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies

• Experience in stakeholder engagement

• Proven ability in team collaboration and leadership

• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct

• Experience in supervising industry projects

• Proficient in business communication and presentation skills

• Engaged in reflective practice and professional development

• Fluent in English with exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Access to a working laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps

• Ability to quickly adapt to technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability from 12 pm to 6 pm daily

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India is preferred but not mandatory
