Business Project Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist business and technology partners in delivering solutions that are ready for practical application.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across various business processes, user workflows, reports, interfaces, and data validation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements, support end users, and are prepared for production deployment.

• Create UAT strategies, test conditions, test scripts, and test cases that validate comprehensive business workflows.

• Support business partners during UAT execution, guiding teams on project scope, readiness expectations, and testing duties.

• Monitor, document, and communicate UAT progress, results, and issues while coordinating resolutions and retesting with project and QA teams.

• Organize cross-functional meetings to eliminate obstacles, minimize delays, and promote timely issue resolution.

• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for enhancement in workflows, readiness, and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or UAT management.

• Proven experience in leading or assisting User Acceptance Testing for business processes, workflows, reports, interfaces, or data validation.

• Strong capability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear test cases and testing strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Experience in facilitating meetings, tracking issues, and ensuring follow-through across cross-functional teams.
