Business Profile Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Host Stand Agency is in search of a meticulous, client-oriented specialist to oversee digital listings and marketing operations for clients in the restaurant, hotel, and hospitality sectors.

• This role involves ongoing setup and maintenance, with a focus on ensuring business information, images, descriptions, reservation links, platform configurations, and account access are accurate and current across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Viator, and others.

• Establish, verify, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles and other local listings.

• Refresh business details, images, descriptions, operating hours, menus, amenities, and booking links.

• Oversee reservation systems, private event platforms, and pertinent hospitality directories.

• Coordinate login credentials, permissions, and account access for Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and additional platforms.

• Resolve issues related to verification, duplicate listings, access problems, and profile management.

• Engage with clients to gather information, assets, approvals, and credentials.

• Monitor ongoing updates to ensure listings are accurate and consistent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing Google Business Profiles or local listings.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Background in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, tourism, or location-based businesses.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple clients.

• Experience in an agency or multi-client environment.

• Assurance in direct communication with clients.

• Familiarity with platforms like Yelp, TripAdvisor, Apple Business Connect, Viator, or reservation systems.

• Basic knowledge of local SEO and online reputation management.

• Availability that overlaps with US time zones.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience with OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and other marketing platform permissions.
