• We are seeking a **Business Product Designer** with a strategic and analytical focus, capable of transforming business needs and complex requirements into clear, structured, and functional product solutions. This role will be crucial for connecting stakeholders, business experts, and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives create real impact and align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

• Key Responsibilities

• - Analyze stakeholder and client needs to identify problems, opportunities, and product improvements.

• - Translate business requirements into structured and functional proposals.

• - Design conceptual solutions using:

• - User flows

• - Wireframes

• - Mockups

• - Process diagrams

• - Experience maps

• - Structure ideas from various business areas and convert them into actionable solutions.

• - Evaluate functional impacts across multiple systems and platforms.

• - Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, ideation, and design sprints.

• - Propose improvements and optimizations for existing functionalities and processes.

• - Document solutions and processes clearly for both technical and non-technical teams.

• - Prioritize initiatives considering impact, feasibility, and strategic objectives.

• - Identify risks, dependencies, and needs arising from proposed solutions.

• - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Desired Profile

• - Mid-level.

• - Minimum 2 years of prior experience in product design, business analysis, strategic UX, or functional definition of digital products.

• Technical Skills

• - Experience creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and process diagrams.

• - Ability to analyze complex problems and design structured solutions.

• - Experience working with digital products and interconnected systems.

• - General knowledge of the software development cycle and technical constraints.

• - Experience with agile methodologies and Design Thinking.

• - Ability to map, evaluate, and optimize business processes.

• - Experience documenting functionalities, requirements, and solutions.

• - Proficiency in tools such as:
