• Concentrate on the tasks associated with your business area, actively engaging in working groups.

• Collaborate with both national and regional representatives to establish uniform workflows throughout MMA National.

• Assist in the configuration of our AMS.

• Record all processes and procedures meticulously.

• Design reporting outputs.

• Develop client deliverables.

• Lead training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the insurance brokerage sector with over 3 years of experience in Business Insurance within a client-facing or business process capacity.

• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• An aptitude for process enhancement, particularly in improving the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of various workflows and procedures through the application of best practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of successful follow-through on deliverables.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and continuously without requiring future sponsorship.

• Familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic.
