Business Process Consultant – Service Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise in Fixed Operations, Service Pricing, and CDK Service to ensure system configurations meet client business needs and adhere to industry best practices.

• Tailor Service Pricing to accommodate the specific requirements of clients.

• Offer continual guidance to dealership management regarding pricing strategies and the effective use of systems.

• Perform 30-day sustainment reviews to verify system accuracy, adoption rates, and overall performance.

• Evaluate performance reports against benchmarks to uncover opportunities for improvement and enhance business outcomes.

• Oversee client engagements, including scheduling and facilitating calls through Outlook, Microsoft Teams, PSA, and Salesforce.

• Monitor, update, and fulfill assigned tasks within Salesforce promptly.

• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Keep abreast of trends in automotive retail and implement insights in client engagements.

• Assist team members in reaching both individual and collective performance objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in the automotive industry.

• At least 2 years of experience with CDK Service and Service Pricing applications.

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement or consulting.

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple engagements at once.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional skills in time management.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to follow up and maintain consistent client interactions according to schedule.

• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Microsoft Office 365.

• Familiarity with the Teams application.
