Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements with business stakeholders

• Analyze customer journeys and design comprehensive end-to-end processes

• Extract and detail functional requirements

• Organize and prioritize the project backlog

• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables

• Engage in initiatives concerning oversight and regulatory processes, contracts, fines, construction projects, and portfolio management

• Foster communication between users and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business process mapping and enhancement

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

• Experience in liaising between business users and technology teams

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a consultative approach

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is advantageous

• Knowledge of the CSM, FSM, and/or SPM modules is beneficial

• Experience in digital transformation and process automation projects is a plus
