Business Partner, Project Manager

📋 Description

• Contribute to Netflix's Enterprise Security Technology projects by establishing structure, facilitating communication, and overseeing execution across various technical and non-technical teams.

• Act as a vital link between cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and the successful completion of critical projects.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of workstreams, including planning, monitoring, and executing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Serve as a proactive advocate for internal customers, ensuring that expectations are clearly articulated, managed, and consistently fulfilled through high-quality and timely outcomes.

• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance structured documentation, such as operational playbooks, process maps, reporting dashboards, and execution trackers.

• Design and implement scalable processes that boost efficiency, consistency, and operational maturity within the Enterprise Security Technology teams.

• Navigate intricate, matrixed corporate settings while fostering trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

• Lead prioritization efforts among cross-functional teams, ensuring a clear focus, alignment of resources, and successful execution of strategic goals.

• Act as the primary liaison and central contact for Enterprise Security Technology, facilitating seamless communication and coordination with key FTEs and cross-functional business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or business partnership roles within complex, cross-functional settings.

• More than 5 years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related discipline.

• Proven capability to lead and drive execution across both technical and non-technical teams in enterprise-scale organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the skill to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing executive-level updates, documentation, and reports.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Experience in supporting large-scale technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining accountability for results and timelines.

• Strong familiarity with modern program management platforms and an understanding of how emerging AI capabilities can enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
