📋 Description

• Act as the main People liaison for various business sectors.

• Assist leadership in organizing and managing change initiatives.

• Oversee the implementation of HR subsystems and cycles, including performance evaluations, calibration, compensation processes, recruitment, employee engagement, and succession planning.

• Convert unclear business challenges from directorates into practical, actionable People strategies.

• Serve as a collaborative partner and mentor to executives, enhancing team management capabilities.

• Organize and facilitate organizational transformations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people development, engagement, and culture.

• Demonstrated experience as an Expert HR Business Partner.

• Practical experience in change management initiatives, organizational restructuring, or rapid turnaround situations.

• Strong analytical skills to link people data with business performance metrics.

• Capability to navigate and influence senior leadership effectively.

• A proactive and forward-thinking approach, aiming for growth opportunities and sustainable structural solutions.

• Skill in translating complex business issues into modular, organized, and actionable plans.

• Independence and resilience, committed to delivering high-quality results on schedule.

• Proficient in planning agendas, coordinating stakeholders, and developing clear, targeted materials.
