This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain uniformity across projects.

• Assist in and support fundraising efforts.

• Possess knowledge in structuring and executing business strategy initiatives.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and planning activities.

• MUST demonstrate strong commercial awareness and engagement with current events.

• MUST have a genuine interest in Finance.

• Familiarity with start-up business dynamics.

• Understanding of ESG, TAM, Burn Rate, or basic financial modeling, among others.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Possess a growth-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to actively participate in the Fair company culture.

• Availability to commit 7 to 10 hours (or more) per week.

• A background in sales or consulting is an advantage!
