• Take charge of ensuring the integrity, structure, and accuracy of CRM data.
• Establish standardized pipeline stages, lead tracking, and attribution logic.
• Handle extensive datasets (10,000–50,000+ records), including data cleaning and auditing.
• Enhance CRM workflows and automation to minimize manual tasks.
• Create and manage dashboards that monitor: Leads, Conversions, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROI by channel, and conversion cycle time.
• Provide weekly performance reports that include insights and recommendations.
• Oversee marketing attribution across all channels.
• Proactively pinpoint underperforming campaigns and optimize their performance.
• Coordinate outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, RVM, direct mail, referrals).
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine processes.
• Assist in LinkedIn and email outreach efforts.
• Manage and supervise a remote team (VAs, cold callers, lead managers).
• Conduct weekly KPI meetings and track performance metrics.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for leadership.
• Support performance reviews and proactively address any underperformance issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all repeatable processes.
• Oversee and manage ClickUp (or similar tools) for task and workflow organization.
• Implement automation tools (Zapier, ClickUp, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure scalable onboarding processes for new team members.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Operations or Marketing Operations management roles (excluding adjacent/support functions).
• Near-native proficiency in English (C2 or strong C1 level, both written and spoken, suitable for client interactions).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce (managing CRM, reporting, pipelines, and ensuring data integrity).
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and KPI frameworks (CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, attribution models).
• Proven experience in establishing team accountability frameworks (KPIs, scorecards, performance tracking, weekly reporting schedules).
• Experience in managing and holding remote teams accountable (VAs, SDRs, marketing ops, or similar roles).
• Advanced skills in Excel/data analysis (Power Query or equivalent is highly preferred).
• Experience in managing and structuring large datasets (10K–50K+ records).
• Proven capability to create dashboards and convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in unstructured environments.
