This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address ambiguous, cross-functional challenges ("activation speed is inadequate," "client type margin understanding is lacking," "Partnerships and Success have differing definitions of 'ready'") from identification to implementation of a measurable solution.
• Establish the quantitative foundation: developing models, unit economics, funnel and throughput metrics, as well as the definitions and dashboards that a function can rely upon and operate with.
• Create operational mechanisms (cadences, ownership, SOPs, decision-making rules) and subsequently minimize manual efforts through tools, automation, and agents.
• Collaborate with functional leaders (Legal/Compliance, Success, Partnerships, Finance) to uncover the true needs behind the expressed requests, foster relationships, and implement enduring changes.
• Prepare analyses and narratives for key leadership decisions; importantly, take ownership of the recommendations along with their associated trade-offs.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including a structured "apprenticeship" in top management consulting, investment banking, private equity/growth equity, or in-house strategy/BizOps.
• Minimum of 2 years as an operator within a startup environment.
• Highly analytical and methodical - able to break down a vague issue into a structured framework and quantify it.
• A true systems thinker - views the entire business as an interconnected machine and considers second-order effects.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence - articulate, organized, credible with senior stakeholders, and remains composed under pressure.
• Capable of building relationships and discerning what stakeholders genuinely need beyond their explicit requests.
• Ready to engage in less glamorous manual tasks - with a proactive instinct to systematize and automate rather than perform them indefinitely.
• Proficient in leveraging AI as a force multiplier, while also being clearly *additive* - effectively utilizing it while maintaining accountability and ownership of your deliverables.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, compliance-intensive, or operationally demanding industries.
• Background in developing tools, automations, or agents, or in managing personnel.
• Highly competitive salary and equity options (we aim for you to benefit from our growth).
• A compassionate, enjoyable, and mission-focused culture that values excellence and innovation. (We support companies in introducing transformative care models to the world.)
• Numerous opportunities for growth and advancement (the company is rapidly expanding, creating many chances for advancement).
• Paid Time Off: Including holidays and vacation days.
• Comprehensive health insurance plans to ensure you feel your best.
• A culture centered on mentorship, learning, independence, and critical thinking.
