This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of and oversee the CRM system (Pipedrive CRM), guaranteeing accuracy, organization, and real-time monitoring of all partner and deal activities.
• Design, enhance, and execute scalable sales processes, workflows, and systems.
• Develop and sustain effective pipeline management frameworks, ensuring consistent tracking of leads and deal progression.
• Set up and uphold best practices for CRM usage, data integrity, and operational consistency.
• Analyze pipeline performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost conversion rates and efficiency.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Supervise onboarding workflows, including partner setup and assisting prospects in utilizing tools and resources.
• Manage deal creation and lifecycle tracking from application to completion.
• Implement automation and tools to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks.
• Deliver reporting and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively apply solutions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to advance business growth initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in building, refining, and scaling operational processes or systems.
• Strong expertise with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive or similar systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and drive enhancements.
• Ability to work independently and fully take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in managing pipelines, tracking performance, and optimizing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign or similar platforms is an advantage.
