Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate essential client interactions alongside or in place of the CEO, fostering enduring relationships with enterprise decision-makers.

• Act as a polished point of contact for clients, drive follow-ups, sustain momentum after a PoC, and enhance confidence in Inaza's operational dependability.

• Discover, establish, and oversee strategic partnerships with technology providers, insurance software platforms, and integration partners.

• Coordinate collaborative operational and commercial projects with technology partners.

• Manage the complete commercial operations lifecycle following a greenlit PoC, including contracts, legal redlines, security questionnaires, and enterprise procurement.

• Convert commercial agreements and partner integrations into clear operational outlines for the Delivery Lead.

• Direct high-priority commercial initiatives, executive scheduling strategies, and international travel arrangements.

• Prepare strategic briefs and operational updates for board members, investors, partners, and enterprise client interactions.

• Design, implement, and enhance internal operational workflows across operations in Europe and the US.

• Resolve operational obstacles between commercial, technical, partner, and executive functions.

• Oversee the execution of successful Inaza technology implementations and budgeted commercial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in consulting, international enterprise business operations in the USA and Europe, operations, strategic partnerships, corporate client success, or account management.

• Previous experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or insurtech is highly preferred.

• Practical experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, conducting security reviews, and managing commercial contract redlines.

• Must be based in Ireland.

• Eligible for full-time employment.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.

• Possess professional maturity, emotional intelligence, and confidence to represent Inaza to C-suite insurance executives.

• Capability to build trust and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships with third-party technology vendors or enterprise clients.

• Personal accountability for advancing legal, compliance, and procurement agreements.

• Ability to lead partner alignment discussions, assess contract terms, and refine internal workflows while maintaining momentum.
