This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives that further pod-level goals by identifying opportunities, managing dependencies, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and manage scalable workflows and processes (0→1) that enhance efficiency, reliability, and throughput within your domain.
• Utilize data tools to derive insights, validate assumptions, and inform decisions, synthesizing findings into concise recommendations that steer pod and organizational priorities.
• Strategically plan, execute, and deliver initiatives from start to finish by establishing clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics – fostering accountability across functions in the absence of formal authority.
• You possess over 5 years of experience in operational roles within high-growth companies; a background in consulting, finance, or business operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• You have the ability to independently break down complex issues into structured, testable elements - and you are adept at navigating ambiguity without requiring complete clarity.
• You are skilled in AI & data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel, SQL, dashboards) and can fluently use them to extract insights, validate assumptions, and optimize workflows.
• You design systems with scalability in mind, anticipating bottlenecks, iterating based on feedback, and codifying lessons into playbooks and standards.
• You effectively coordinate resources and align priorities across teams, fostering trust through transparency, accountability, and clear communication.
• You take calculated risks and make decisions that further pod objectives, considering downstream impacts before taking action.
