Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of finance operations: invoicing, collections, vendor management, expense reconciliation, overseeing our accounting firm, and managing the monthly closing process, among other tasks.

• Develop and sustain the revenue operations framework: ensure pipeline cleanliness, provide forecasting assistance, track deals, and maintain the CRM.

• Enhance customer experience: manage escalations, pinpoint process deficiencies, and implement improvements that boost retention and NPS.

• Lead special projects: respond to the business's needs, including new tool implementations, process enhancements, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc research.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic projects and company-wide operations. When something becomes a priority and Andrew requires assistance in advancing it, you will ensure its success.

• Establish scalable systems and document effective processes to avoid reinventing the wheel each quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably with at least one position at a startup.

• Proven capability to manage end-to-end processes across finance, operations, or revenue functions.

• Strong quantitative abilities → proficient with spreadsheets, model creation, and handling financial data.

• Exceptional communication skills → able to write clear memos, conduct efficient meetings, and simplify complex topics.

• Self-motivated execution → able to complete tasks correctly without needing extensive oversight.
