This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Oversee all aspects of people operations, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, contract management, accounts, equipment distribution, and necessary documentation.
• Manage the HRIS and related people operations systems, ensuring they serve as the reliable source of truth.
• Supervise physical office spaces along with associated documentation.
• Lead cultural initiatives, team rituals, gift distribution, swag management, and welcoming new hires.
• Coordinate team offsites, including venue selection, travel arrangements, logistics, and agenda preparation.
• Organize board meetings, including the preparation of materials, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare updates for the board and manage corporate administration tasks.
• Address investor document requests and maintain ongoing communication with investors.
• Consult with external legal counsel on corporate issues.
• Evaluate vendor and partner contracts for commercial viability and associated risks.
• Oversee document signing processes and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout execution.
• Manage recurring reporting obligations for banking and infrastructure partners.
• Handle daily communications with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and Chief Business Officer (CBO) on a daily basis.
• Develop internal operational systems that can scale alongside the company's growth.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in operations, corporate administration, or legal operations at a fast-growing startup.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes processes such as board cycles, contract workflows, and personnel documentation without inconsistencies.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Proficiency in contract analysis sufficient to identify commercially significant issues and determine when legal counsel should be engaged.
• An AI-driven mindset, with a preference for automating repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable managing sensitive information, including compensation data, cap tables, and board materials.
• Experience working collaboratively with lawyers, investors, and executives.
• Proactive in identifying risks and solving problems.
• Ability to shift focus across various operational priorities effectively.
• Capable of working across time zones with a global team.
