Business Operations Analyst – HR & Customer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain workforce analytics encompassing headcount, attrition, compensation, and engagement.

• Investigate, evaluate, and benchmark AI tools tailored for HR and customer operations applications.

• Analyze headcount, capacity, and expenditure for outsourced/BPO partners.

• Monitor performance across both personnel and customer operations departments.

• Create materials suitable for executive presentations.

• Collaborate across various functions and business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an analyst, business operations, or data-centric role.

• Consulting background (Big 4 experience preferred).

• Practical expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI-driven productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT).

• Demonstrated ability to pinpoint gaps or inconsistencies in data.

• High level of discretion and organizational discipline.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
