Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Initiate purchase orders, manage invoicing and receiving processes; support Procurement with operational POs, vendor management, and Scout requests.

• Examine and record operating expenses while ensuring the establishment of monthly accruals.

• Collaborate with the Accounting fixed asset team to assess lease agreements and relevant details.

• Authorize lease invoices within Tririga.

• Develop vendor-specific CapEx/OpEx budgets and coordinate meetings with site managers.

• Analyze Operations account data derived from A360 actuals extractions for G/L-level insights.

• Partner with BFM to maintain POs and invoices within the consolidated account/location budgets, ensuring alignment with forecasts.

• Assist site managers with vendor onboarding for payment processes and provide support to the Master Data Management team.

• Facilitate weekly stakeholder check-in meetings to address outstanding issues.

• Input GREWP sustainability and global operations data while aiding in global budget tracking.

• Practical experience in operational finance, procurement, or business operations.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated capability in handling OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget management.

• Familiarity with Smartsheets is a plus.

• Experience in ERP environments is desirable.

• Knowledge of Oracle, IBM Tririga, and A360 is advantageous.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
