This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure the accomplishment of the district’s financial and operational goals;
• Accompany representatives during their daily field demand activities, establishing connections with key customers;
• Coordinate the team’s efforts, monitoring both individual and group targets;
• Create action plans and guarantee their execution, delegating responsibilities and regularly reviewing planned outcomes to address any discrepancies;
• Oversee personnel development by offering support tailored to individual needs and utilizing tools such as coaching and situational leadership;
• Identify team training and professional growth requirements and formulate individual development plans;
• Efficiently manage available resources to boost team performance and utilize pertinent audit data for the team;
• Handle material and financial resources assigned to the business;
• Ensure comprehension and effective execution of product marketing strategies, crafting action plans for the district;
• Collaborate with peers, serving as a role model for the team you oversee;
• Maintain extensive communication with opinion leaders and medical societies, engaging with them and with KOLs in the regions, as well as with governmental bodies, professional associations, and medical organizations;
• Plan and execute events (conventions, congresses, medical meetings, and symposia) and monitor relationships with key customers through scientific gatherings, relationship-building, and business activities;
• Collaborate with Viatris internal departments (Medical, Product, Marketing, Training, Commercial/Sales, and Sales Excellence) to provide field and competitor intelligence, contributing to the development of promotional strategies and new products and services;
• Manage human resources by determining team size, defining professional profiles, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates;
• Communicate compliance regulations and ensure their effective enforcement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Desirable: Familiarity with the daily operations of a commercial/sales corporate area.
• Proficiency in influence and negotiation techniques.
• Languages: English is preferred (for occasional participation in meetings and conference calls).
