• Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities.
• Utilize a sales funnel approach to assess and qualify potential clients and opportunities, with a focus on meeting set targets.
• Proactively manage sales forecasts and pipeline to ensure transparent visibility of business potential and enhance opportunity conversion.
• Ensure compliance with and execution of established commercial processes in alignment with company guidelines.
• Keep the CRM updated daily with completed and planned activities.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with clients aimed at finalizing deals.
• Conduct sales presentations both remotely (via Meet, Teams, etc.) and in person during client visits.
• Create an exceptional commercial experience for clients by actively listening, addressing their discoveries and challenges, and collaboratively developing technical solution designs and financially viable proposals.
• Formulate and implement self-management corrective action plans aimed at consistently enhancing results and team performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage clients' non-commercial requests.
• Partner closely with internal and support teams.

• Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, GPCT, BANT, Challenger Sales, mental triggers).
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and in commercial processes, including lead qualification, sales funnel management, and opportunity conversion.
• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a sense of ownership.
• Strong background in delivering exceptional Customer Experience.
• Experience in complex sales and/or financial products targeted at large enterprises.
• A bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or a related discipline.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as required by the region of operation.
