• Oversee a client portfolio with an emphasis on building relationships with senior leadership;
• Direct and manage the sales process through all phases;
• Proactively seek new business opportunities within the target market;
• Establish and nurture relationships with business partners, manufacturers, and distributors;
• Develop account plans, commercial proposals, presentations, and regular forecast reports.
• At least 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology
• Proven experience in selling technology and process automation;
• Experience in serving end customers and managing a client portfolio;
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Capability to work collaboratively with internal support teams (from pre-sales to post-sales);
• Ability to defend technical/commercial proposals;
• Must operate as a legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica / contractor);
• Possession of a personal vehicle;
• Prior work experience in Santa Catarina.
