This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Coaching members of the Leaders Circle and Masters Circle, which consists of entrepreneurs operating established contracting firms, to enhance their leadership capabilities, strategic thought processes, and organizational frameworks.
• Leading in-depth group sessions that delve into leadership, mindset, wellness, and interpersonal relationships beyond mere systems.
• Conducting structured one-on-one executive coaching sessions that emphasize delegation, company culture, team development, and sustainable scaling.
• Assisting members in the establishment of long-term strategic objectives and the implementation of appropriate frameworks to facilitate ongoing growth.
• Providing insights and best practices from your own executive background to motivate and challenge others.
• Playing a significant role in the advancement of the Ascension Program, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance meeting structures, content, and frequency.
• Familiarizing yourself with the program's dynamics and member base during the first 6–12 months to gain insights before assuming complete responsibility for the program’s trajectory.
• Advocating for the member experience by fostering strong peer-to-peer connections within the coaching community.
• Assisting in major events and advanced leadership retreats as a facilitator and thought leader.
• Over 10 years of experience in an operations or executive leadership position within the general contracting or construction sector, preferably having managed divisions or companies with annual revenues ranging from $5M to $50M+.
• Demonstrated experience in leading senior managers or executive teams.
• Profound understanding of organizational design, leadership development, and the systemization of business operations.
• Strong operational and financial insight, with the ability to articulate concepts related to growth, margins, and performance.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring leaders, whether formally or informally.
• Outstanding facilitation and communication abilities, comfortable leading groups of accomplished peers.
• Capability to present information engagingly in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
• Nice to Have: Certification as an executive coach or pertinent leadership coaching experience.
• Experience as a CEO, COO, VP of Operations, or Senior Leadership within a large contracting or construction organization.
• Experience in contributing to or leading leadership development initiatives.
