Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You actively enhance our BI and reporting landscape, ensuring that data is well-prepared, effectively visualized, and operationally usable.

• You create dashboards, KPI structures, and reports that facilitate real decision-making – going beyond mere data presentation.

• You analyze company data, identify patterns, and derive concrete recommendations for action.

• You identify opportunities for automation as well as modern AI-supported analysis and reporting solutions, helping to make processes more efficient and scalable.

• You work on consistent data models, data quality, and comprehensible reporting structures.

• You collaborate closely with Finance, Management, and operational areas, translating requirements into meaningful BI and reporting solutions.

• Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style.

• Interest in data-driven work, BI, and modern analysis processes.

• Initial or several years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.

• Proficient use of Excel and digital tools.

• Understanding of business metrics and relationships.

• Independent working style with a high standard of quality.

• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data models.

• Interest in automation and AI-supported analysis processes.

• Background in Business Informatics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
