Business Intelligence Manager, Product Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the product measurement strategy for the Zillow Pro Platform and other ASA products.

• Create measurement frameworks to track feature adoption and customer activation.

• Identify key indicators that reflect product health, feature success, and user engagement.

• Oversee the design and creation of business intelligence dashboards and reports.

• Convert stakeholder inquiries into analytical requirements, data definitions, and reporting specifications.

• Construct, enhance, and document semantic layers, data models, and queries.

• Ensure data quality and integrity across business intelligence assets.

• Investigate anomalies, address issues, and collaborate with data engineering or source system owners for sustainable solutions.

• Analyze intricate data sets alongside product, operations, finance, and other stakeholders.

• Identify performance drivers and suggest data-informed actions.

• Standardize best practices in business intelligence and reusable reporting components.

• Offer guidance and training on dashboards, self-service BI tools, and the application of insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a closely related area.

• Proficiency with modern business intelligence and data visualization tools.

• Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Proven track record of supporting cross-functional stakeholders in technology, product, or operations-focused settings.

• Proficient in querying and transforming data using SQL or similar query languages.

• Experience in handling structured data from various sources.

• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams to establish metrics, requirements, and measures of success.
