This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of the EHS safety management system to ensure precision, usability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Oversee and advance the DriveSafe program, guaranteeing effective execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement aimed at minimizing driver risk.
• Manage the development, reporting, and analysis of driver scorecards to foster accountability, identify trends, and enhance overall fleet safety performance.
• Create and present standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights to aid decision-making, spotlight risks, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Lead and oversee EHS-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with EHS, operations, IT, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of reporting tools, systems, and initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting capabilities through data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of EHS data across various systems.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of EHS technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and frontline teams.
• Offer guidance and training to users on EHS systems, reporting tools, and program expectations.
• Ensure that systems and reporting conform to regulatory requirements and facilitate internal and external audit readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• Proven experience supporting EHS programs in a large corporate setting.
• Experience in leading projects with a solid understanding of technology systems and data analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that promote team collaboration and engagement with new initiatives and goals across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Benchmark/Gensuite.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and facilitate sessions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to work independently.
• Experience with computer systems and data analysis.
• Ability to drive programs and improvements within a matrix organization.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization, with knowledge of databases, data structures, and queries.
