Business Intelligence Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address intricate business challenges by utilizing data from diverse sources to offer insights for decision-makers.

• Oversee the creation, enhancement, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Examine complex business issues by leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Convert business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate with executive leaders to comprehend reporting necessities.

• Create and sustain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

• Propel continuous improvement of BI processes.

• Conduct advanced data analysis to reveal root causes and support initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI, offering guidance on report design and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.

• 8 or more years of technical experience utilizing Power BI and SQL.

• At least 1 year of technical experience with Power Automate.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in working with large and complex data sets within sizable organizations.

• Experience in analyzing data to address various business challenges and create data visualizations.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements across business, project management, and technical programs.

• Expertise in understanding healthcare-related data.

• Experience in presenting to senior and executive leadership.
