This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, create, manage, and enhance enterprise contact center analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven reporting solutions.
• Take ownership of the complete analytics lifecycle, which encompasses data acquisition, integration, modeling, warehousing, reporting, dashboard creation, trend analysis, forecasting, and insight generation.
• Collaborate with teams from Contact Center Operations, Business Intelligence, IT, Application Development, and external vendors to convert data into actionable insights.
• Revamp reporting through automation, self-service analytics, semantic modeling, and AI technologies.
• Design and sustain SQL views, stored procedures, functions, database objects, data integrations, data warehouses, dimensional models, semantic models, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, self-service analytics, workspaces, gateways, security models, deployment pipelines, and reporting governance.
• Oversee data quality, reporting accuracy, platform reliability, and overall enterprise performance.
• Conduct contact center trend analysis, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning support.
• Present findings and recommendations to operational leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Assess and implement AI-enabled analytics, conversational analytics, natural-language reporting, and workflow automation.
• Collect requirements, define analytics solutions, translate business objectives into data and reporting strategies, and assist with project planning, testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards while supporting audit and compliance activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a formal degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, Software Development, or other related technical fields.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting SQL Server databases.
• Proficient in SQL views, stored procedures, functions, query optimization, database performance tuning, and analytical data structures.
• Experience in designing and maintaining dimensional models, star schemas, data warehouses, semantic models, curated reporting datasets, SSAS Multidimensional Cubes, and Tabular Models.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, REST API integrations, and structured, semi-structured, and JSON-based data.
• Experience in integrating data from enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, files, and third-party vendors.
• Proven ability to build, administer, and support enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, semantic models, and BI platforms.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable data, reporting, analytics, and self-service BI solutions.
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, governance, and quality assurance.
• Experience with operational reporting, KPI development, forecasting, trend analysis, and business performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and semantic models for natural-language analytics.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of source control, DevOps, CI/CD, testing methodologies, and Agile development practices.
• Proficient in SQL, DAX, MDX, SQL Server Analysis Services, database management, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure SQL, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, APIs, JSON, XML, and API payloads.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, deployment management, and reporting governance.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information as business-focused guidance.
• Capability to exercise independent judgment in data modeling, reporting, integrations, analytics processes, data quality, and technology recommendations.
