Business Intelligence Data Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and enhance data structures to ensure consistent data capture and reporting.

• Take the lead in scenarios that necessitate new data modeling to support business objectives.

• Adhere to best practices as established by Data Engineering to fulfill Business Intelligence requirements.

• Foster collaboration by identifying key individuals essential for resolving identified issues.

• Collaborate with the Business and Product Management teams to guarantee that all necessary requirements are accurately captured and documented.

• Assist in architecting solutions to meet analytics demands.

• Maintain awareness of all ongoing development processes, irrespective of team ownership, to ensure proper tracking and project updates.

• Engage in release management and deployment as required.

• Oversee data feeds and collaborate with Data Engineering to address any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Science, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience focusing on SQL coding, system and data feed monitoring, and data validation.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Advanced expertise in Snowflake.

• Advanced skills in Databricks.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with DBT.

• Experience with Github.

• Advanced presentation skills.

• Advanced business analysis skills.

• Proven ability to make effective, well-reasoned decisions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in gathering end-user requirements.

• Capacity to work on cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with a proven ability to adapt and navigate change.
