Business Intelligence Analyst – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as a collaborative partner with the Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) Pharmacy.

• Utilize analytic expertise, programming skills, and statistical methods.

• Gather, clean, and analyze data sets.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in assessing current processes and strategic enhancement initiatives.

• Engage with stakeholders to collect project requirements.

• Work together in the design and implementation of analytic studies.

• Offer time and effort estimates based on the requirements gathered.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Validate and execute complex queries for data analysis.

• Deliver analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor junior analysts.
