Business Intelligence Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various functions with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documentation, address project requirements, issues, and risks, ensuring the timely delivery of project outcomes, system enhancements, and resolutions for customer requests.

• Conduct analyses to identify current business processes, system deficiencies, departmental or user challenges, business performance metrics, revenue and market analytics, and competitor evaluations.

• Propose ideas for process and system improvements that assist the business in meeting its goals and objectives, while leveraging best practices and professional experiences.

• Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of CMS applications, customer needs, and the various business units within Vitu.

• Communicate with leadership regarding the impact of changes to project scope while keeping management and the team informed.

• Ensure that necessary project or user documentation is produced and utilized.

• Manage personal workload and assist in defining and prioritizing tasks.

• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects.

• Ensure all analytical processes comply with established business and departmental standards and protocols.

• Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.

• Travel may be required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, such as 5 years in a relevant area.

• Must possess exceptional analytical skills with the capability to actively resolve problems.

• Experience in delivering and designing presentations and training for both individuals and larger audiences.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Smartsheet.

• Proven experience in problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy.

• Appreciate the importance and value of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must be highly organized with strong time management abilities.

• Should be assertive, confident, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team, while striving to exceed customer expectations.
