Business Intelligence Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various functions with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documentation needs, address project requirements, resolve issues and risks, ensuring the timely delivery of project outputs, system enhancements, and customer request resolutions.

• Conduct analyses that reveal current business processes, system shortcomings, departmental or user challenges, business performance metrics, revenue and market analytics, or competitor assessments.

• Offer suggestions for process and systems enhancements that support the business in meeting its goals and objectives, while utilizing best practices and professional experiences.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of CMS applications, customer requirements, and different business units within Vitu.

• Engage with leadership regarding the implications of changes in project scope while keeping management and the team informed.

• Ensure that suitable project or user documentation is generated and utilized.

• Manage personal workload and aid in defining and prioritizing tasks.

• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently handle multiple assignments, activities, or projects.

• Ensure that all analytical processes comply with established business and departmental standards and protocols.

• Perform additional duties as assigned or necessary. Travel may be required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Alternatively, the ideal candidate may possess a different combination of qualifications, such as 5 years of experience in a related area.

• Must possess strong analytical skills and the capability to proactively resolve issues.

• Experience in delivering and designing presentations and training for both individuals and larger groups.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Smartsheet.

• Proven experience in problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy.

• Recognize the importance and value of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

• Must be assertive, confident, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, while striving to exceed customer expectations.
