Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to support our telemedicine operations.

• You will closely collaborate with various departments, providing valuable insights, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

• Analyzing large and intricate datasets to generate actionable insights.

• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Google Sheets, and other tools.

• Conducting KPI analysis to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Overseeing data warehouse migration projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

• Supervising the implementation of data warehouses while ensuring data integrity and security.

• Working with API integrations to ensure a seamless flow of data between systems.

• Collaborating with various teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to support their data-related needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a BI or Data Scientist role.

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

• Proficiency in MySQL for database management and queries.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.

• Familiarity with BigQuery for large-scale data analysis.

• Experience with API integrations and data exchange between systems.

• Strong skills in data mining, statistics, and reporting.

• Proficiency in product analysis, including user behavior analysis and feature adoption.

• Fluent in Polish.

• English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
