Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Convert complex data into clear and actionable insights.

• Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into business performance.

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements.

• Create automated pipelines that optimize BI processes.

• Validate data quality and accuracy.

• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

• Support planning processes through models, projections, and performance analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Strong knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in building ETL processes and working with data warehouses.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Understanding of statistics and predictive analytics.

• Ability to interpret KPIs and design performance metrics.
