This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of systems and data analysis, from gathering requirements to delivering dashboards and ensuring ongoing optimization.
• Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing contemporary BI tools.
• Manage data flows across various systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards.
• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders to establish KPIs and convert them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to guarantee reliable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to deliver actionable insights that enhance business performance.
• Provide real-time or near real-time reporting solutions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity by detecting and resolving discrepancies within datasets and reporting outputs.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and semantic layers.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
• Possess a degree, preferably in an IT-related field or a discipline heavily focused on data, such as engineering or accounting/finance.
• Have 5 years of experience in operations.
• Extensive background in business systems, with expertise in at least one of the following: BI, CRM, or D365.
• Demonstrate a willingness and capability to quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar systems.
• Exhibit a self-starting attitude and a strong desire to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Possess advanced Excel skills.
• Capable of managing multiple data projects concurrently for various stakeholders.
• Ability to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Recent operational experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
