Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• The Business Intelligence Analyst is essential in linking business requirements with technical solutions.

• Gather, assess, document, and verify business needs through interviews, workshops, and existing records.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, including Salesforce.

• Tailor and configure Salesforce to address specific business requirements.

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

• Lead initiatives for process enhancements or regular annual business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• CANDIDATE MUST BE A US Citizen (due to contractual/access restrictions)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Science, or a related field

• A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant work experience

• Basic knowledge of SQL and querying capabilities

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Business Intelligence, OTBI, BI Publisher, OACs, FRS, and Smartview

• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and precision.
