• Naturally analytical - adept at using data to recognize trends, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance without needing prompts.
• Exceptional attention to detail - you ensure tasks are completed thoroughly, verifying links and testing forms to confirm that automations function correctly.
• Experience in managing remote teams, freelancers, and external agencies while upholding accountability and quality standards.
• Comfortable engaging directly with business owners and senior decision-makers, reviewing their marketing materials and facilitating workshops or clinics.
• Commercially astute, results-driven, and genuinely inquisitive with a strong inclination for problem-solving.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused - you challenge existing processes and advocate for improved ways of working.
• £2,500-£3,000 per month (negotiable).

• Fully remote - collaborate with an established international team based in the UK and the Philippines.
• 20 days of paid annual leave (subject to prior agreement to ensure business and team continuity).
• A results-driven culture centered on ownership, accountability, and trust rather than micromanagement.
• A genuine leadership role with significant ownership - you will influence strategic decisions and help shape the future growth of The Business Instructor.
• Work directly with Michelle Peters, gaining insights into strategic discussions while being empowered to lead marketing and sales autonomously.
• Opportunities to build, refine, and innovate - you’ll redesign processes, implement AI, create smarter systems, and continuously enhance business operations.
