Business Immigration Attorney – Corporate Practice – all levels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• As a Manifest Attorney, you will assist clients in navigating one of the most significant decisions of their lives, driving matters toward the outcomes they seek. You will take ownership of cases from the initial handoff to final submission, constructing the legal strategy and overseeing each milestone.

• Engage with the entire employer immigration spectrum or concentrate on your area of expertise — H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification. Your clients may range from well-funded startups to large corporations, with complexity and autonomy that scale according to your experience.

• In a strategic consulting role, utilize your legal expertise to evaluate which prospects possess valid cases, establish trust swiftly, and communicate honest, clear expectations prior to advancing a matter.

• In a case management (production) role, oversee the client relationship throughout the duration of the case while managing the paralegals in your team regarding document collection, organization, and filing logistics, allowing you to remain focused on strategy and outcomes.

• Provide direct guidance to employers and employees on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance obligations — which includes managing high-volume employer accounts, HR contacts, and crucial deadlines.

• Leverage Manifest's AI tools and technology to enhance case quality and efficiency in either capacity — not as a shortcut, but as a true performance enhancer.

⛳️ Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.

• Robust working knowledge of employment-based immigration, encompassing NIV and IV matters — such as H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification.

• Clear and confident communication skills — you can articulate complex legal concepts in straightforward language, ensuring HR contacts and beneficiaries feel supported.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy — you document thoroughly and ensure clean handoffs.
