• Collaborate with Consulting VPs to deliver support from a client-focused marketing viewpoint
• Generate leads and provide sales support
• Conduct daily inquiries with clients to uncover potential leads
• Qualify leads directly with the Sales channel (MSE, LE, GE)
• Create sales and marketing collateral
• Assist in managing campaigns to encourage client participation in Gartner Conferences
• Support a select group of VPs with the management of Gartner Sales territories
• Serve as the primary contact for all departmental inquiries from internal teams
• Utilize Salesforce CRM System to maintain an updated territory pipeline for biweekly reporting and forecasting
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Over 4 years of experience in a Lead Generation or Customer Service role is preferred
• Experience in the technology sector is preferred but not mandatory
• A self-motivated individual with an innovative mindset is required
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and vlookups
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook
• Interest or experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to think creatively
