Business Financial Operations Specialist – Journeyman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in initiatives related to the CQM strategy and its responsibilities.

• Conduct the development and review of policies and literature pertaining to health care and its delivery.

• Aid in the creation of policies, guidelines, TRICARE Evaluation materials, leadership briefings, information papers, technical documents, decision memos, and various reports.

• Respond to stakeholder feedback through policy adjudication, including researching and reviewing issuance standards.

• Organize meetings with essential CQM stakeholders.

• Support intricate project timelines that involve multiple review layers, actively identifying risks, challenges, and documenting insights.

• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and compile results.

• Maintain regular communication, anticipate client requirements, and suggest solutions.

• Provide assistance with ad hoc requests from the CQM Branch and related programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to obtain Public Trust or a higher security clearance.

• An active CAC is advantageous.

• Possession of an MA/MS degree.

• In-depth understanding of MHS policy and mission.

• Proficient in collecting, summarizing, and analyzing program data and objectives, leading to actionable recommendations.

• Experience within the MHS environment.

• Preferred experience in drafting and adjudicating health policy or guidance.

• Preferred experience in developing and analyzing various data sources.

• Preferred experience in creating and presenting materials to senior stakeholders.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Solid core consulting skills.

• Outstanding writing and communication abilities.
