Business Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take charge of the quarterly OKR cycle by converting leadership directives into objectives and key results at both the company and team levels.

• Collaborate with team leaders to refine objectives, foster alignment, and ensure consensus.

• Conduct regular check-ins to oversee progress, highlight potential risks, and maintain focus on objectives.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to processes, workflows, tools, and automation.

• Provide immediate fixes while developing sustainable, long-term solutions.

• Evaluate systems and workflows, pinpoint gaps, and drive enhancements.

• Design workflows and create templates, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Establish accountability frameworks and clarify roles and responsibilities.

• Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing platforms, project management tools, and analytics solutions.

• Develop workflows and integrations using Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI-driven tools.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics while assessing the impact of initiatives.

• Create dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights.

• Conduct workshops, produce guides, and support team adoption and proficiency.

• Serve as a central resource connecting teams, systems, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in business operations, enablement, strategy execution, process improvement, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and improvement techniques.

• Hands-on experience with various enterprise tools or SaaS platforms.

• Direct experience in building automations and integrations with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.

• Familiarity with using AI tools for workflow automation is essential.

• Comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
