
Business Development Vice President – Quantum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and secure Quantum opportunities across all Federal markets, with a strong emphasis on the Department of Defense and Intelligence sectors.
• Promote Quantum PQC, Algorithm Development and Conversion, as well as Sensing and Communications solutions.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with federal customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Act as a player-coach for all Quantum initiatives, overseeing qualification, Gate reviews, win strategies, value propositions, and pricing strategies, including Price-to-Win.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and feasible solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in generating new business within the Federal sector, including a minimum of 2 years focused on selling Quantum solutions to the Defense and Intelligence communities.
• Demonstrated success in positioning and closing Quantum opportunities.
• Strong background in selling advanced technology solutions, including AI, HPC, and Quantum technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A competitive “hunter” mindset with a willingness to travel.
• Technical expertise and qualifications necessary to thrive in the Quantum Sales domain.
