This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct commercial visits to potential clients and target accounts.
• Establish new client relationships and develop business connections from early stages.
• Identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities, building a fresh portfolio of prospects for the organization.
• Lead high-level discussions with business and technology decision-makers (C-level, CTO, CIO, Heads of Digital, etc.).
• Understand client challenges and articulate value propositions aligned with their strategic goals.
• Position generative AI as a key transformation lever, particularly in software development, application modernization, productivity, and time-to-market contexts.
• Stay continuously updated on technological trends, AI models, tools, and real use cases.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to generate networking and business opportunities.
• Participate as a technical lead in high-value services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients.
• Lead digital transformation programs from start to finish.
• Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial roles and/or technology pre-sales, business development, or pre-sales with a strong results orientation.
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients and generating opportunities from scratch.
• Sufficient technical background to engage in high-level discussions about software development, architecture, cloud, data, and AI (not necessarily a current hands-on profile).
• Real-world experience working with Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to software development (copilots, automation, code generation, testing, modernization, etc.).
• Ability to connect business and technology with a clear, persuasive, and impact-oriented narrative.
• Clearly hunter mentality, proactive and focused on creating a pipeline.
• High communication skills, influence, and technological storytelling.
• Market vision and sensitivity to detect trends before they consolidate.
• Minimum B2 level of English (professional interaction).
• Permanent contract.
• Remote work with the possibility of attending in-person meetings in Madrid or Barcelona (not mandatory).

• Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible) Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays, with intensive hours in July and August from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
