Business Development – Stablecoin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational management of Stablecoins, ensuring their liquidity and accessibility on the trading platform.

• Proactively evaluate and manage the market and technical risks linked to stablecoins, maintaining the product's stability and security.

• Partner with the compliance team to guarantee that the stablecoin initiative adheres to regulatory standards across various countries, especially in the realms of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).

• Track the market performance of the assigned stablecoin and engage with partners, users, and institutions to uphold liquidity and stability.

• Collaborate closely with the technology, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of operational experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector, ideally with a background in Stablecoin or digital asset management.

• Strong project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• A certain degree of technical knowledge to work efficiently with the technology team.

• Understanding of Stablecoin market dynamics, with the ability to assess price, liquidity, and risk factors.

• A keen interest in the evolution of global payments.
