This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You will expand Bounce’s network and address supply shortages.
• It will be your responsibility to engage in cold calling, emailing, and outreach to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to pinpoint areas for growth.
• While you will receive leads each month, generating your own leads is also expected.
• You will oversee the entire sales process, including the discovery call, sales presentation, closing the deal, creating the account, and onboarding the partner.
• Proven experience in full cycle sales within a startup environment, particularly in selling to small businesses.
• A high-energy individual with a strong ambition to learn and achieve outstanding results.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of sales calls and confident in cold calling businesses.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection or receive a "no".
• Charismatic and positive with a “can-do” attitude, both over the phone and in-person.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A strong work ethic, eager to contribute directly to the company’s success.
• Confident in face-to-face interactions and outside sales with local businesses.
• A self-starter with the motivation to manage yourself and work towards achieving goals.
